The Bakery Manager & Barista will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. This role requires a blend of management skills and barista expertise, as the manager will lead the team while also crafting exceptional coffee and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to the highest standard.
• Train and mentor staff in both baking and barista skills, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Develop and implement efficient procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Special Consistency during opening & closing shifts.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bakery manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Excellent barista skills with a deep understanding of coffee preparation and presentation.

• Salary Packages from $60,000.
• Opportunity to be eligible for state manager position with a salary package starting from $80,00-120,000.
