The Bakery Manager & Barista will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. This role requires a blend of management skills and barista expertise, as the manager will lead the team while also crafting exceptional coffee and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to the highest standard.
  • Train and mentor staff in both baking and barista skills, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Develop and implement efficient procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
