Our Story
Nine years ago there was one recipe and a home oven. Today Sinamon bakes across Perth every single morning.
One recipe, one oven
Sinamon starts as a single cinnamon roll recipe, baked and sold by hand. No shopfront, no staff, no shortcuts.
The first shop opens
A tiny 10 square metre shop opens on Walcott Street, Mount Lawley, and the queue stretches down the footpath.
A real home
The first Sinamon headquarters opens: a real home base for the bakery, with a proper espresso bar and the art on the wall.
Perth catches on
Two more Sinamons open their doors, one inside Curtin University and one at FOMO Fremantle. Queues out the door, and supreme croissants become a weekend ritual.

Four shopfronts across Perth, Victoria Park, Mount Lawley, Fremantle and Curtin, plus our online store: five Sinamons baking for pickup, delivery and catering across the city.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Choose free pickup from your nearest store, or have your order delivered across Perth. Order through the Store page or on WhatsApp.
Do you cater for events and offices?
We do. Mini-bun platters, grazing boxes and custom orders are perfect for offices, weddings and celebrations. Platters start at $100, message us on WhatsApp to arrange.

We have five stores including online: Victoria Park, Mount Lawley, FOMO Fremantle, Curtin, and our online store right here with pickup and Perth-wide delivery. Addresses are just below.
What are your opening hours?
Hours vary by store. Victoria Park: 7am–6pm Sunday and Monday, 7am–10pm Tuesday to Saturday. Mount Lawley: 6pm–10pm Tuesday to Saturday, plus Sunday mornings 9am–1pm. FOMO Fremantle: open from 8am daily, late on Friday and Saturday. Curtin: weekdays 7:30am–4:30pm and Saturday 8am–3pm. Each store's Google listing shows today's hours.
